Organizational structure:
Summary:
Quality Management Department, established on August 12, 2014 by the Decision No.424/QĐ-BVH of Director of Hue Central Hospital, is a clue department to advise the Director and Quality Management Council of the hospital about the tasks of hospital quality management.
Current human resources:
09 staff, of which: 01 Ph.D, 05 Masters, 01 doctor, 01 pharmacist and 01 engineer.

- Medical Media & Problem Solution
Professional activities:
1. Building plans and contents about quality management in the hospital to be submitted to the Director for approval;
2. Organizing, following up, supervising, appreciating, reporting, coordinating, supporting the implementation of activities of quality management and projects for quality assurance and improvement at departments in the hospital;
3. Being a clue to set up a system of managing errors and incidents, including  detection, synthesis, analysis, reporting and research and proposal of solutions;
4. Being a clue to coordinate with departments to address complaints, denunciations and problems related to patient satisfaction;
5. Collecting, classifying, analyzing data; managing and secure information related to hospital quality; Coordinating with Statistics & Informatics Divisions of hospital to measure hospital quality indicators;
 6.  Implementing or coordinating to give education, training and fostering about quality management;
7. Organizing internal quality assessment of hospital based on the criteria and standards of quality management issued by the Ministry of Health;
8.  Carrying out assessments of compliance with the regulations and technical guidelines of the Ministry of Health;
9.  Building and executing the program of patient safety;
10.  Managing hospital.
Movement Activities:



Development direction:
 - Continue completing regular tasks with high quality;
- Coordinate with General Planning Department and functional departments to set up a regular activities plan in detail, contents of regular and sudden inspection at departments and centers as per the quality criteria set issued by the Ministry of Health;
- Participate in regular inspection and assessment at departments and center in the whole hospital;
-  Actively participate in the promotion of movement of medical ethics, implementation of behavior rules in the hospital and plans to "Innovate style, attitude of health workers towards serving the satisfaction of the patients"
- Organize training courses on patient safety and quality management for medical staff in the hospital and Central Region of Vietnam and Highland;
-  Develop a Quality Management Network and build staff ’s capacity;
